Ⅰ. Characteristics and Application

The products insulated cores are twisted in pair or stranded in banks of three threads. These pairs or banks are then cabled, with general shield.

It is used in electromotive instrument of automatic control system and computer control system, transmitting various analogue and digital signals of testing, controlling, interlocking, alarm in production process.

Tianjin Q/12 QT3091-1998 Standard equivalent to British BS5308

Ⅲ. Application characteristics

1. Rated AC Voltage U0/U: 300/500V

2. The highest operating temperature of cores:

PE insulation: 70°C

Cross linked-polyethylene: 90°C

Halogen-free and low smoke flame-retardant characteristics polyolefin: 70°C

Radiation cross-linked polyethylene: 90°C or 125°C two types

3. The lowest environment temperature: Fixed deploying -40°C; Non-Fixed deploying -15°C.

4. Mounting deploying temperature: Not under 0°C

5. Permitted minimum bending radius:

Not smaller than 6 times the outer diameter for non-armoured, interlock or braid armoured cable and 12 times the outer diameter for copper tape shielded or steel wire winding, steel tape wrapping armoured cable.

The cable package will be according to customer's requirment o wooden drum.
