 1. ACSR Applications

AAAC,AAC,ACSR,AACSR,ACSR/AW Conductors have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels,because they have such good characteristics as simple structure,convenient installation and maintenance,low cost large transmission capacity.And they are also suitable for laying across rivers valleys and the places where special geographical features exist.

3. ACSR Standard

AAAC,AAC,ACSR,AACSR,ACSR/AW Conductors can be produced fully in accordance with international standard such as  IEC,BS,ASTM,DIN,JIS,NF,CSA,AS/NZS.
Description(Features):
1. Aluminum Conductor.
2. Steel Reinforced.
3. Bare.

4. ACSR  Applying terms

ACSR conductor/ACSR/Bare Conductor/Overhead Conductor cable ,
1). The long-time working temperature of cable should not be higher than 250℃.
2). While installation the ambient temperature should not be lower than -20℃.
3). When core is in short circus (max 5s) the temperature should not exceed 250℃ Specifications
a.High tensile strength 
b.Long life 
c.Light in weight 
d.Suitable for high as well as extra high overhead voltage lines
Standard: ASTM B232 ,IEC61089, BS215 part2, DIN48204, BS EN50182, GB/T 1179-2008 

5. ACSR Brief Description:

ACSR conductor/ACSR/Bare Conductor/Overhead Conductor cable,
ACSR conductor consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium (E.C. GRADE). 
ACSR Conductor may be manufactured for having a wide range of tensile strength as per requirement. 
The principal advantage of these conductors are high tensile strength and light weight with longer spans as well as 
with lesser supports. Due to the greater diameter of ACS Conductor a much higher corona limit can be obtained causing 
big advantages on high as well as extra high voltage overhead lines.

6. ACSR Applications:

ACSR conductor/ACSR/Bare Conductor/Overhead Conductor cable,
Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. 
ACSR Conductor offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables 
desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity. ACSR Conductor are used extensively
for overhead ground wires, river crossings etc. These ACSR Conductor are available with us in various types for 
meeting the exact requirements of the clients.
